You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
In the original packaging with the original seal intact.
Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged, nor for perishable or customized products.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
